WIDOWS WITH PROMISES
2nd Saturday of the Month | 1:00 pm
Led by Rebecca Richerson. So your husband died and now you’re labeled to be a widow. Don’t run from that word. God has many promises for the widow. At Widow’s with Promises, you’ll find a safe place to talk with other widows who are new to or have navigated through widowhood. For a widow, just about everything in her life has changed, but God hasn’t changed. He has promises for you as His child and specific promises for you as a widow. Our foundation scripture will be Jeremiah 29:11-13. God has a plan and a purpose for your life plans to give you hope and a future. That didn’t change when you became a widow. We will help each other to continue to find our purpose, which may be a little different than we thought. Meeting at Leader's Home in Overland Park.
